The approval process for Wagerup Unit Three included a comprehensive formal environmental impact assessment documented in the Environmental Review and Management Plan (ERMP). The ERMP can be downloaded using the links below.
Alcoa response to ERMP submissions
Stakeholders were invited to make submissions in response to the ERMP. More than 220 submissions were received and the vast majority were supportive. However, 45 submissions raised issues relating to the ERMP. For more information on those issues and Alcoa’s response, click on the links below.
