Alcoa employees shine with PRIDE

Around 100 Alcoa employees showed their allyship in Saturday’s Perth Pride Parade supporting Western Australia’s LGBT+ community.

Alcoa was the first resources company to march in the Pride Parade and has been a formal partner of Pride WA since 2019.

Spearheaded by Alcoa’s ally network EAGLE (Alcoa for LGBT+ Equality), employees from all facets of the business marched together in the belief that inclusion means everyone has the right be themselves at work, home and in the community. Read more.
